I was wondering that myself! My first ...Hey Cassie,
I was wondering that myself! My first KNOWN ancestor is Charles R. Sanford, who was born in Rhea Co., TN. We (our family's researchers) think his father was Lemuel J. Sanford, but cannot prove that. Lemuel was born in SC and his father was Hezekiah P. Sanford, also from SC. Hezekiah's father appears to be Thomas P. Sanford from VA. Even though that line came through SC, there were numerous children along the way whose lines I haven't traced, and who could have possibly ended up in NC.

Would love to share info with you. I do have a site on Ancestry.com if you are on there. Feel free to email me at cllfm@comcast.net.

As you can tell, I'm REALLY new to blogging and haven't learned all the ins and outs of it yet, but I'm enjoying writing so much. It's a good way to 'get it out.' LOVE your blog!

Carla Love MaitlandCarla Leehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13619143242524216127noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4809983319855155862.post-19704332937406223742012-04-08T13:52:02.216-07:002012-04-08T13:52:02.216-07:00Carla,
